This is a permanent role with flexible options; based in either Wellington or Christchurch.About the role:In this role, you will work with a variety of people within the organisation and externally to help implement DOC's brand strategy. You'll also play a key role in helping to scope, plan, and implement engaging regional or national campaigns and marketing activities. Drawing on your prior experience applying consumer insights and customer research, you will be part of a team whose work makes a valued and positive impact on DOC's brand and reputation.Skills and experience:Experience delivering multi-channel brand and marketing campaigns and strategies.Experience using research, data, and audience insights to contribute to effective marketing campaigns.Experience working with and upholding brand guidelines.Strong understanding of engagement, product, and behaviour change marketing.Delivering projects from conception to completion, including reporting.Highly collaborative, adaptable, and consultative - with successful experience working with a variety of stakeholders.Ability to analyse complex information from a variety of sources, identify opportunities, and provide impactful solutions.Strong organisational skills with proven ability to work at pace and manage several priorities simultaneously.A natural team-player with great written and verbal communication skills.Although not a requirement of the role, we're interested to hear if you have experience in sponsor or partner marketing.As a Treaty partner, an understanding of matauranga Maori and te ao Maori is important in our work.
