The Role As the Brand Advisor, you bring our brand strategy to life, leading transformative brand development projects, and amplifying our brand storytelling globally. This position supports our brand and product architecture; working across the business to ensure ongoing alignment to our model. It supports our brand positioning and messaging, working with product, segment, and regional teams to ensure overall alignment. You will lead global campaigns that amplify our brand and increase our awareness, refining these based on insights. You will have oversight of our use of Canva, ensuring continued development and empowering our business to self-serve and be on-brand. Our goal is to grow Seequent to be an unmissable brand and to tell our story with impact so that it engages and inspires potential and current customers, our staff, investors and partners and the communities in which we operate. This role plays a direct part in delivering this. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage special projects aimed at developing the Seequent brand, facilitating understanding among all staff and partners about our identity, purpose, and their role in representing the brand.Lead and drive brand campaigns and projects, ensuring all outputs accurately reflect the brand and foster confidence among the teamEvaluate the success of each project by assessing if it met the design requirements outlined at the commencement of the work.Conduct A/B testing and seek opportunities to iterate on brand designs and communication strategies.In order to be successful in this role, you should have: Demonstrable brand management experience, including having managed the complexities of a portfolio of brandsExcellent project management skills and a proven track record in delivering on task, time and budgetExperience in using Canva and other industry leading branding toolsThe ability to convey the technicalities of brand to audiences of all typesResearch shows that some individuals, particularly women and underrepresented groups, are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single criterion.
