About the position: This role is primarily about assisting with the daily operations of our Branch Service Center and providing a high level of face-to-face customer service for our walk-in customers and mobile sales and service technicians over our "Trade Counter". About the person: We are looking for someone with: A mechanical aptitude would be beneficial.Someone keen and willing to learn and progress.The ability to work unsupervised to meet customer deadlines, be comfortable dealing with customers.Be reliable and good attention to detail.Good computer skills and a good level of English (spoken/written).Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Flexibility for working hours.
