Your Role
We're looking for an experienced Branch Sales Manager to help us grow and develop our TWL branch in Greymouth. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work on the strategic growth plan of the branch and the territory through customer experience, sales, and team productivity. You will oversee the daily operations, customer and stock management, while growing the business. We can guarantee you no two days are the same.
We anticipate this will be 75% growing the business and 25% leading the branch, and as such will suit someone with Sales Rep experience and focus wanting to grow their leadership skills.
Your key attributes
Ideally, you'll come with a passion for the transport industry, leading a team, and have a proven record of high sales achievement, plus:
Strong understanding of the customer requirements
Experience in strategic planning, with an operational focus
Highly motivated to perform in a changing market
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong leadership skills
Great interpersonal skills to build the customer base and equip the high performing team
Able to work in an agile and fast paced environment
Problem solving skills with a solution-focused approach
Above all, you will be passionate about what you do and understand the value of our customers, our products, and services.
To be successful, you will…
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience leading a team
Experience working in the heavy automotive industry
Relevant technical and product knowledge
Strong understanding of the market dynamics in the region
Good customer service skills to both B2B and B2C
Hold a full, clean NZ driver's license
