Job Responsibilities: Planning and implementation of the marketing and sales strategy for the branch.
Setting up and assigning territories to sales and consulting staff in accordance with Standard Policy guidelines.
Maintaining a system of regular review to analyze the effectiveness of sales plans and revising where necessary.
Providing clients with ongoing support and information relating to their needs.
Service/Operational Responsibilities: Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day client operations.
Ensuring each member of the branch is effectively producing the budgeted objectives and goals for their particular position in the branch and achieving the company standards of performance for their position.
Conducting regular client visits to solicit new business, follow up on services, and address issues.
Adhering to all Health and Safety protocols and procedures.
Conducting H&S reviews and Risk Assessments on client sites.
Effectively managing and undertaking all quality compliance requirements.
Management Responsibilities: Leading the team, developing a healthy corporate climate, and encouraging high staff engagement.
Maintaining a sound knowledge of current legislation, standards, policies, and guidelines and ensuring that work activities comply with New Zealand legislation and Drake standards.
Hiring, training, coaching, and development of staff.
Skills and Experience: 3+ years of management experience in a medium-sized company.
Proven success in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
Proven success in building an effective sales force and driving results.
Results orientated - proven success record of achieving revenue and profit objectives.
Knowledge of and commitment to total quality management.
Proven negotiation skills at senior management level.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Good understanding of NZ Law.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential.
