Duties

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch targets
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow
Support branch staff to ensure smooth operation
Monitor financial performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Sound knowledge of financial products and services
