Branch Manager - Wanganui

The Role: This is a key position within our Wanganui store that will see you managing and training staff, driving the profitability of sales and products, and helping us to grow and reach our full potential within the local region. As people are at the core of our business, you must have a knack for developing strong business relationships, as well as encouraging staff to progress and further themselves within the Tony's brand. To be successful you will need: A full, clean Driver's LicenseProven experience within retail sales, with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targetsA minimum of 2 years previous people management and sales experience, with exposure in the automotive or tyre industryExcellent people, communication and business management skillsA customer-centric approach, with a drive to always provide the best service to customersTo be able to commit to a 45 hour work week, including one weekend day In return we can offer you: Great remuneration of $72,000 - $76,000 per annum, including use of company car An excellent training program with ongoing support and learningFurther opportunities to develop and advance your careerGreat staff discounts and buying privileges Please Note: As Tony's Tyres is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.
