Your duties will include executing successful sales plans, providing effective leadership to an amazing team, working towards agreed targets and budgets while completing typical branch manager duties like marketing, customer and stakeholder relationship management, production and inventory, and H&S and HR functions. You will have autonomy in the role and will have access to ongoing support from Group Support to tautoko you to become the best leader you can be. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will ideally have roofing, manufacturing, or construction-related experience, and as a leader, be able to nurture your team to grow and develop through effective management strategies. With a natural respectful and relatable demeanor, you will develop and maintain exceptional relationships with customers and stakeholders while using your business skills to successfully operate in the competitive construction market of the Southern Lakes and Central Otago Districts. To be successful in this role you will need: Experience leading and nurturing staff. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in health and safety practices and maintaining a culture of safety. Experience or knowledge of business skills and acumen including P&L analysis. Competence completing reports and working to a deadline. Knowledge of finances including reconciliation, debtors, and creditors.
