Branch Manager - Waitara

We're seeking an experienced, ambitious banking professional as our Waitara Branch Manager, based in New Plymouth, for an 8 month fixed term contract.

The role combines the challenge of leading a retail banking team and developing your business, with high levels of autonomy You'll be responsible for supporting the achievement of business goals, ensuring the delivery of the bank's service standards, and creating world class customer service.

To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous experience Managing high performing teams New Zealand Certificate in Financial Level 5 The ability to motivate, inspire and lead a successful team towards achieving business goals Proven experience in developing a culture of high-performance Retail banking experience across all products, with strong operational knowledge Experience with networking and the ability to build positive and lasting relationships A genuine care for your people, customers and stakeholders and a positive and enthusiastic 'one team' attitude Who are we?
