About the opportunity We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our fresh produce sales, operations, and transport team, based in Tauranga.
This role is tasked with driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer and grower relationships, and achieving operational excellence across our warehousing and transport functions.
Key responsibilities include: Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-centric sales team Drive warehousing and transport optimisation and performance Maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and growers Maximise sales and revenue to expand market share and achieve profitable growth Develop forecasts and supply programmes that align with customer demand Collaborate with T&G Fresh's Key Account & Marketing teams to build effective account plans Our Branch Managers nationwide play a key role in T&G Fresh's leadership team and there is real opportunity to take our Tauranga market to the next level.
