We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our talented Rotorua team!
As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading a dedicated team to achieve branch targets and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the overall success of the branch.
About you:
Extensive finance industry experience in all areas including lending, credit management, and administration.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Problem-solving, numerical, and analytical skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
On a daily basis you will:
Drive branch performance.
Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service throughout the process.
