Role Overview: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
You will drive operational excellence, ensure customer service standards are maintained, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.Drive sales and meet targets through effective rostering, coaching, and performance management.Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products effectively.Manage store operations including stock control, inventory management, and administrative tasks.Uphold Glassons brand values and standards at all times.Requirements: Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.Ability to drive sales and meet targets in a fast-paced retail environment.A proactive and results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail.Flexibility to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.Join the Glassons team and become part of a dynamic and exciting work environment where your passion for fashion and leadership skills will be valued and rewarded!
