Job description: What you will do The role of Branch Manager in Invercargill is integral to the success of Scania New Zealand. Work in Scania's recently completed and newest, purpose build facility utalising some of the best equipment currently available. This is a hands on role where you will lead, support, mentor and manage the Workshop, Parts and Customer Service areas, ensuring at all times that Safety and Quality are at the forefront. Working with the team to deliver consistent service excellence. Other key responsibilities include; Developing new customer business whilst maintaining existing relationships. Establishing and reviewing sales, inventory, marketing and operating costs, budgets, targets and procedures Take the existing and established business to the next level through new offerings and maximise customer up time.
