An exciting role where you will be using a balance of consultative and challenger sales styles to build quality relationships with customers and suppliers, who trust your expertise and believe in our commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellent outcomes for customers - which will deliver an outstanding business performance.
What you will enjoy doing You will be responsible for delivery of continuing revenue and profit growth of the SPW Group.
Deliver accelerated sales outcomes through achievement to targets, field sales activity, business development focus, customer retention and margin performance.
Build an in-depth understanding of the local market, customer segments and competitors for the Region.
You shall lead the branch operations to deliver all safety, sales, service, inventory, and profit targets.
Make sure the branch complies with retail and operational standards, practices, processes, policies, and procedures.
Maintain exceptional service levels in the provision of welding and gas products/services to customers, agents, and business partners.
Lead a culture of high performance and ensure team members are recruited, trained, and developed to be safe, proactive & positive in all aspects of their roles.
Identify, support, and implement profitable business strategies.
What makes you great You are a tenacious and resilient individual capable of leading SPW Groups growth aspirations.
You come with experience in a branch management role within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
You will have a passion for engineering, manufacturing and the welding process.
Able to deliver sustained improvement in sales revenue, pricing, market share and customer satisfaction.
Preferred experience in direct sales roles within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
