Reporting To The Regional Manager You Will
Manage financial performance of the branch (Profit and Loss)Ensure the customer is at the heart of all we do.Be responsible for operational planning of people, resources & transport requirements.Managing branch scoreboard KPI's - such as utilisation, claims/damages, Customer DIFOT, Safety, Customer ServiceLead a safety culture throughout the branch and broader network.Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and legislation.Support the national Branch and Regional networks to achieve success.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following key skills and experience:
Customer focused mind-set5+ years' experience in a managerial/ leadership positionExperience in strategic and financial Planning.Strong planning and time management skillsCost management focused.Prior experience working in the transport and freight industry.Excellent working knowledge of HR/IR practicesPeople leadership skills & experienceEffective communication skillsAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships.Self-motivatedAbility to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
