With a good spread of Rural Farming /Agriculture in the area, the store covers dairy, sheep/beef, and lifestyle.
Reporting to our Regional Retail Sales Manager, you will be leading an experienced and motivated team and consulting with our sales team, you will be involved each day with: Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to sales success Collaborating with the team and be a "hands on" leader to help them achieve results Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs Managing budgets, P&L, and financials Taking responsibility for achieving personal and team-based results Seeking continuous improvement Mohou ake | About you You will have a proven track record of leading and managing successful teams, ideally, in the retail environment.
You will be highly organised with a strong focus on sales processes.
