Looking for an experienced Branch or Business Manager with shareholding aspirations!
Our client, a well-established company throughout the South Island operating in the trade/service industry, is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead their Nelson branch.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market presence within the Nelson region.
Drive business growth through strong leadership, sales initiatives, and customer relationship management.
Oversee operational processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Manage and mentor the branch team to achieve positive branch culture, key business targets and KPIs.
Manage and maintain high level of installation and maintenance standards across projects.
What You'll Bring Proven experience in branch or business management, ideally in the trade or service sectors.
Strong sales and business development skills with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue.
Solid operational management experience with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
