About the job: We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our busy and growing Hastings team.
This is more than just a job; you will be joining a great team with real career opportunities.
As Branch Manager you will be responsible for all branch operations and business profitability.
You will develop and motivate our people, helping the Hastings team to exceed targets and service expectations.
You will be interacting with customers daily, with a focus on creating long-term relationships.

Qualification in Tyre Fitting and Tyre Sales Qualification in Automotive Trade Experience with a disciplined structured team environment Ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite): Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Quick learner of systems Accurate with figures Excellent attention to detail Retail store management Experienced in Leadership/Management A bit about us: Carter's Tyre Service was established over 35 years ago and we've since grown to become the best specialist tyre business in the country with over 45 stores nationwide.
