We are looking for a dedicated and personable financial services professional to join them in Dunedin as Branch Manager, supported by a nationwide team of experts and advisors.
Your Responsibilities Develop Your Team: Focus on coaching, training, and staff development to build a high-performing team.
Create a positive work environment and set goals and core values.
Lead and Grow: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to set and achieve strategic goals.
Manage budgets, oversee lending and risk strategies, and keep everything on track.
Drive Performance: Set clear targets, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards in our lending practices.
Report and Analyse: Prepare reports, track market trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
What We Need Experience in finance with strong skills in lending and credit management.
Proven leadership with a talent for motivating and managing a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
