This role will only suit someone who is already working in the recruitment industry or has recently been heavily involved.
It is the classic lead from the front, high energy type recruitment role.
As Churchill once said, "a pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty."
The role will be varied and exciting with a little bit of everything in it, including a mix of blue and white collar permanent business.
Create the empire.
Head office based elsewhere, the client is looking to build on existing CH CH based relationships and from there a branch will be born.You will be busy at the front end, being a brand ambassador, tendering for work, renegotiating, and engaging with clients/key stakeholders.
In the middle, you will deliver a strategy around operational excellence for the present and the future, all whilst generating revenue for the brand.
Build it and they will come.
It is a fresh thinking, smart operating, speak your mind type of business looking to add some real rigor to the local market.
