We foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and creativity to deliver world-class products to our customers.An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Auckland branch as the Branch Manager.The successful candidate would ideally have a strong knowledge of and expertise in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry; this is not essential.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the general administration of all activities in the branch including budget forecasts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the timely flow of paperwork to head office.Support to the sales and manufacturing staff including pro-active contact with customers where necessary by phone and visits.Endeavoring to expand the business and client base.Monitoring and reporting on stock levels and general trends in business operation including profit, expenses, and customer analysis.Provide reports as required from time to time.Achieve Budget and Performance targets as required.Qualifications & ExperienceA high standard of oral and written communication skills.Precision, accuracy, and attention to detail, adopting a high degree of initiative and a proactive 'can-do' approach to unexpected situations and changing demands and schedules, and perform effectively under pressure while demonstrating confidence to all staff members.A strong knowledge of and expertise in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry, and a high level of business acumen as applicable to the position's area of responsibility.BenefitsAnnual Wage ReviewsQuarterly and annual bonus structuresPaid day off on your birthdayFree Health InsuranceHow do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have with forecasting for businesses?How many years' experience do you have as a branch manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have experience in a sales role?Do you have experience in administration?How many years of people management experience do you have?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
