ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will provide the Branch with leadership, oversight on operational processes, P&L growth, commercial acumen, and engagement into group culture. Key result areas will be with customers and partners, commercial sense, process & innovation and the team. You will deal on a regular basis with the Executive team along with branch employees, customers, agents, partners, suppliers and all other group employees. A big focus of this role is managing the P&L so a strong focus on sales and retention will be required to achieve this.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will have leadership experience within the international freight forwarding industry with a strong focus on branch growth and take an active lead in culture and leadership within the office and lead by example. You will also have the following attributes:
