The Role This is an integral role within our busy retail store in Hastings that requires a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the Hawkes Bay region. Your responsibilities will include the following: Management and profitability of products and sales Training and development of staff Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers Accurate stock management and quality control Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed
To be successful you will need: A full, clean NZ Driver's License Demonstrated experience working within the automotive and/or tyre industry An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work Determination and desire to bring out the best in people and be a great leader Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
