Company benefits: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum + generous incentives + car
Description Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum + Kiwisaver
Performance-based incentives paid per quarter - OTE of approx $20k of STI

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all branch operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management
Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective strategies
Lead, motivate, and develop your team of 7 to achieve their full potential
Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting (P&Ls)
Reporting to the Operations Manager
Skillset Required:
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, ideally within the flooring or trade-related industry
Solid business acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients
A hands-on approach with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
