A little bit about the role: In our close-knit team, we all work together and wear lots of hats. This role is no different; we collaborate and support each other wherever needed. The primary responsibilities include actively managing our service planner, which entails handling phone communications and making necessary calls. Additionally, tasks involve processing invoices and managing banking transactions. Lastly, the role involves contributing to our social media and marketing efforts, including photography for TradeMe listings.
In this role you would:
Ensure the Honda workshop is fully booked and has necessary resources in advance.
Handle all administrative tasks at the Honda Store.
Collaborate with sales staff to ensure customers receive professional greetings.
Coordinate daily operations of the workshop, including monitoring job completion times and customer updates.
Facilitate seamless communication between customers, sales staff, and technicians.
Promptly escalate customer concerns to senior management.
Process banking accurately and on time.
Create precise customer invoices and quotes and maintain effective communication with customers.
Record booking details and address customers' specific needs.
Contact customers to ensure satisfaction and promote retention and profitability.
Cultivate a strong relationship with the HondaCare Centre for an enhanced customer experience.
Promote parts and accessories sales to support service department operations.
Maintain marketing standards, ensuring social media photos align with brand guidelines and reflect positively on the team and company.
About you: Passion for excellent customer service and passion for winning.
The ability to build good relationships.
Four years of secondary education.
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Be a team player with a conscientious attitude.
Effective communication skills.
A friendly telephone manner.
