Branch Administrator & Office Support We are looking for a fulltime Office Administrator to join our Client in Christchurch who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service at the frontline. If you enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive environment and are committed to ensuring smooth operations, this role could be perfect for you!
In this varied and fast-paced role, you'll be joining a small office and workshop team where every day brings new challenges. As a key point of contact for customer inquiries, service coordination, and rental bookings, you will play an important role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold client satisfaction at all timesAnswer phone calls, organise and record service jobs in our operating system Baseplan, prepare invoices, and book new rental contractsSupport Technicians and the Branch Manager with scheduling jobs, assisting in purchasing parts, and managing paperwork to meet deadlinesMaintain meticulous attention to detail while ensuring accuracy in all invoicing and documentationCoordinate services effectively to meet client needs and deadlinesUphold the company's high standards for reliability and customer satisfaction Requirements: At least 3 years of customer service-focused administration experience (experience in a mechanical workshop is an advantage but not essential)Effective English communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency with MS Office suite and other office software applicationsExcellent organisation and administrative skills with a keen eye for detailA positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure Benefits: Competitive salary between $60,000 – $70,000 per yearFree life insurance twice the amount of the salaryProfessional development opportunities to help you growEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering free counselling for you and your immediate family membersFree onsite parkingA supportive, friendly team environment If you're ready for a new and exciting challenge for 2025, please apply today!
