About the Role: Excellent administration support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Branch and region. Communication with stakeholders is well managed and conducted with professionalism. All admin systems and processes are maintained. Other administration tasks are undertaken as required to support the Branch's focus on quality-of-service delivery and outcomes for disabled people. Understanding or the willingness to learn about the disability sector and awareness of the barriers faced by disabled people. Understanding or the willingness to learn about the Code of Health and Disability Services. Respect confidentiality and privacy. Ability to relate well to people from a range of backgrounds. Excellent communication skills. Sound knowledge of office administration and excellent organisational skills. Flexibility and creativity. Competent computer skills – MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, IMS Online, Client Management systems, Health and Safety Databases (training on CCS Disability Action databases will be provided).
