Hours: Permanent part-time, 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday 10.00am – 1.00pm) Job specific informationThis role offers you an exciting opportunity to provide administration support which contributes to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the New Plymouth branch and region. This role is 15 hours per week which allows for great work-life balance.

About the role: Take charge and lead the administrative functions of the Hawera Branch.
Meet and greet customers and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of branch employee timesheets to forward on to the Regional Office for further payroll processing.
Filing, photocopying, laminating, maintaining, ordering/restocking office and kitchen supplies.

We would love to hear from you if you have: Experience in a service delivery organisation
Understanding or the willingness to learn about of the disability sector and awareness of the barriers faced by disabled people.
Understanding or the willingness to learn about the Code of Health and Disability Services.
Respect confidentiality and privacy.
Ability to relate well to people from a range of backgrounds.
Excellent communications skills.
Sound knowledge of office administration and excellent organisational skills.
Flexibility and creativity.
Competent computer skills – MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, IMS Online, Health and Safety Databases (training on CCS Disability Action databases will be provided).
Commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi and the bicultural development of the organisation.
