BOUTIQUE SALES MANAGER – OFI Partnership Limited .We at OFI are looking for a Boutique Sales Manager, this job is based inNapier /HavelockNorth, Hawkes Bay and is a fulltime permanent position. Key tasks and responsibilities:Maintain daily shop protocol of OFI via product mix, stock levels and service standardsPromote and advertise stockMerchandise protocols for all of our stores (with assistance) via marketing, purchasing and pricing policiesSell to and advise customers on productsUpdate website, Facebook, Google via photos, new stock, available stockAssist in maintaining records of stock levels and sales/invoicesProcess imports to display and distribute throughout our storesParticipate in selection and training of staffMaintain shop to OFI standards in cleanliness, presentation and background musicEnsure compliance with health and safety protocolsCover other stores as required Pay range: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour .Minimum qualifications: NZQF Diploma or three years relevant experience Minimum guaranteed hours: 30 per week The successful applicant must be able to work in New Zealand and be available for work during core store hours of 9.30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Sunday from May to October, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Sunday from November to April, as designated by the employer.
