The company manufactures its mechanical watches at scale from "The Wing", Bremont's 35,000 sq ft state-of-the-art Manufacturing & Technology Centre in Henley-on-Thames, England. KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities are to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique, delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, while aiming to ensure the sales budgets are achieved both in terms of revenue and costings. The Boutique Manager will also look to seek new clients and increase the customer database through networking, boutique events, and working with local businesses in the area.
In addition to the responsibilities, the Boutique Manager must exude a passion for Bremont and be a true brand ambassador, particularly at key events and presentations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Motivate and optimise the team's performance to consistently achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
Analyse performance to identify commercial opportunities and convert them into individual actions and objectives.
Monitor boutiques and individual team members KPI's.
Propose marketing initiatives for the boutique to drive brand awareness, increase footfall and sales, to the Regional Manager.
Ensure operations and administration adhere to company policy and expectations, while consistently improving the functioning of the Boutique.
Use all computer-related tools available to increase the efficiency of a sale.
Ensure compliance for GDPR Data protection requirements and adhere to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information held.
Establish brand and boutique presence in the market, propose local events through continuous networking, capture and increase market share through community outreach.
Receive and distribute service/repair watches – liaise with Customer Service team to ensure customers are given great customer service and follow up throughout this process.
Take pride in the boutique with visual standards and ensuring the boutique is in perfect condition to match the quality of our product.
Responsible for ensuring weekly stock take are processed and investigating any discrepancies immediately.
Be responsible for talent management, identify and recruit new talent, develop and retain a high performing team.
Actively participate in mandatory training opportunities. Identify potential areas for self-growth within the company and share this with the regional manager.
Acts as an ambassador exuding Bremont's DNA and builds direct contact with VIP's.
Develop and maintain high-level key customer relationships to increase sales opportunities and satisfy customer needs.
Oversee the implementation and execution of events collaborating with key stakeholders with the goal of building client leads, relationships and conversion.
Organisation and time management skills, ensuring client leads are dealt with promptly and efficiently to convert them into sales.
Lead the team to deliver a best-in-class client experience, embody and exemplify Bremont values, to retain and increase customer loyalty.
Maintain relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with company services.

BUDGET RESPONSIBILITY

Deliver predetermined sales targets for the boutique.
Deliver on boutique store card KPI's.
Increase customer base.
Ensure that the Bremont 'service' continually meets the needs of customers and is compelling and competitive against other watch brands.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Good leadership skills and has the ethos to "lead by example" is essential.
Time management and organisational skills.
People management experience.
An innovative and creative thinker who is results driven.
Proven success of working in a fast-paced and changing environment, who delivers against objectives.
Proven experience in luxury retail experience is desirable.
Independently motivated along with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communicator.
Strong relationship builder and networker.
Ability to create and motivate a team and work collaboratively with all areas of the business.
Extensive IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (minimum intermediate Excel).

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Standard weekly working hours are 40.
Shop opening hours are: Monday – Saturday 10am-8pm & Sunday 11am-5pm.
This role works autonomously, in line with regional manager, boutique assistant manager and boutique supervisor.
National travel will be required.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Stage 1: Interview with the hiring manager and HR via teams.
Stage 2: Interview with hiring manager and senior manager on site.
Smart dress code required for on site interview.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
