We are business growth and performance specialists and we are looking for a Bookkeeper to come on board.
The main duties for this position are processing Xero transactions, running reports, and preparing GST returns.
Ideally you would also be able to process and prepare payroll for our clients as well, although this is a minor part of the role.

With full support from Velocite you could be: Digitising your dairy farmer clients accounting records and invoices for ease of processing, including setting up bank rules, automation and use of OCR Preparing a GST return for your plumbing client Training your manufacturing client on how to do their own processing using new software Digging into some sweet treats provided by the directors, just because!
Working from home to prepare monthly profit and loss and cashflow reports for your building client Processing a fortnightly payroll for your engineering client Flexing your time by finishing work early, hitting the road to attend a concert out of town the next day You'll be keen to learn and keen to share what you already know.
A can-do attitude is a must.
Ideally this would be a full time position although consideration will be given for part-time work.
