Booking and Scheduling Administrator, Child Health Health New Zealand - Waitemata 1 FTE Permanent Position Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora serves communities throughout North and West Auckland, a population in excess of 640,000 and employing more than 8,000 people. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and self-motivated administrator who is seeking an exciting dynamic role where you can make a difference, based at Waitakere Hospital. The role involves scheduling outpatient clinics for Paediatricians and Nurse Specialists, management of waitlists, and liaising with whanau requiring appointments. Experience in an administration role in the health sector, good spoken and written English, attention to detail, a positive attitude and an ability to multitask are advantageous attributes. Knowledge and skills using the iPM system is preferred, this is not essential as full training will be provided. Child Health is a growing service within Health New Zealand. This is an opportunity to become part of the team where the administration staff have an important role in the connection between the tamariki and their whanau and their healthcare journey.
