Mo te turanga | About the role As part of the eye department administration booking team, you will be responsible for the booking of patient appointments. This is a busy role as around 120-180 patients a day come through our doors for a variety of reasons. Your key role will be ensuring the clinicians clinics are full, well-coordinated and that the patients are put at the centre of what you do. That may be ensuring that the rural patient has the ability to get to the appointment on time, or what impact does an appointment have on a young family – we need patient focused applicants that thrive on the dynamic nature of the eye department. Mou ake | About you As this is a dynamic and busy environment, we're looking for someone with very good communication skills, who can demonstrate flexibility and understands and appreciates the need for attention to detail.
