About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the opening of our new Bonds Outlet store in Auckland Airport! Our new store will be located in Manawa Bay, 4 Jimmy Ward Cres, Auckland Airport.
The Store Manager will be full-time, requiring work from Tuesday to Saturday. The Assistant Store Manager will be required to work from Sunday to Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
Execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and the ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
Understanding of Stock Management processes and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team.
Analyzing reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
