About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and adventurous Boilermaker to join our maintenance team at McMurdo Station in Antarctica. This unique opportunity involves working in one of the most remote and challenging environments on Earth, ensuring assembly, installation, maintenance, and the repair of boilers is done to code and high quality. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boiler systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with other team members to support station operations. Requirements: New Zealand Certified boilermaker. Oil-fired experience preferred. Open work rights in New Zealand. Ability to pass medical, dental, and background checks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
