Your responsibilities will include facilities management, oversight of supplier and compliance contracts, coordination and attendance at Body Corporate and AGM meetings, calendar management for compliance, regular reporting, budget recommendations, and ensuring adherence to the Health & Safety at Work Act.What You Will Bring to the Role:We are seeking candidates with recent body corporate management experience, adept relationship management skills, facilities management expertise, and a solid understanding of compliance, reporting, and contracts management.
