Korero mo te Turanga | About the Role As a Biosecurity Officer, you'll join a great team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your daily tasks independently. You'll play a crucial role in educating landowners about their responsibilities outlined in the Regional Pest Management Plan. This role offers a blend of teamwork and individual responsibility, providing you with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in safeguarding our environment. You'll have a high level of fitness and hill-walking experience as your work will take you across the region and into the high country and some of Canterbury's most remote places where you'll undertake inspections and control of invasive species.
