Our Biosecurity team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator who is confident in systems Administration to take on a key role in leading the group's continuous improvement. The role will support the team in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of systems and processes. Key aspects of the role will include the following: Ensuring the integrity of recorded data. Developing new and/or updating reporting templates. Managing population of data templates and data cleaning to meet reporting requirements. Assisting managers with the financial management of external funding allocations that involve multi-stakeholder projects. Do you have what it takes? We are looking for someone who has a passion for administration and can bring the following to our diverse talent pool: Excellent written communication and presentation skills. High level organisation skills and attention to detail ensuring accuracy of all pieces of work. Experience in use of Microsoft applications especially Word, Excel and Outlook. Proven experience with Promapp software or a similar process mapping tool. Understanding of compliance, internal audit, and methodologies. Proven ability to develop, review, and monitor systems / procedures / processes.
