BIM Lead - Auckland - Fluid Recruitment Limited1 week agoTechnology / InternetDescriptionThe CompanyWe are a multidisciplinary building services consultancy known for strong client relationships and commitment to innovative, sustainable engineering solutions.In high growth mode, we are expanding our team as our forward workload continues to increase.The RoleAs BIM lead, you will contribute across MEP disciplines, creating 3D models, consulting on design issues/clashes and identifying possible solutions based on modelling experience.You will also lead and grow the BIM discipline, provide BIM representation in coordination meetings and collaborate with external stakeholders (architects, clients, contractors etc).About YouWe seek a solutions-focused individual who enjoys leading draughting projects throughout the full project lifecycle.You will be comfortable meeting with clients, attending coordination meetings and collaborating with external stakeholders.This could see you coming from a BIM lead role currently or an experienced BIM modeller in the building services industry looking to take a lead role in a consultancy environment.You will have:At least 3 years of Revit/3D modelling experience in the building services industry (mechanical/HVAC an advantage)Experience in coordinating MEP services is idealComfortable client-facing, and collaborating with external stakeholdersThe OpportunityYou will get the opportunity to grow our BIM discipline as well as contribute to our strong project pipeline.Other benefits include professional development and training, flexible working and a comprehensive wellbeing/insurance package.We offer an estimated salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
