What you will bring to the role: Along with your passion for bikes you will also possess the following: Ideally, you'll have proven experience in a bike workshop and/or a qualification in the bike industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of customers. Can work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. A natural problem solver with a knack for using your initiative to overcome challenges. Health and safety mindset. A desire to be part of a team that's dedicated to making outdoor adventures accessible and unforgettable for everyone.
