Bike Centre Supervisor

We are on the hunt for a bike enthusiast who is passionate about delivering expert service and experience to our customers. At Gibbston Valley Wines near Queenstown, we operate a Rental Bike Centre for guests to explore this incredible region by bike. This role is permanent full-time.

The role:
Managing & maintaining a small fleet of 20 bikes (hard tails and ebikes) including mechanical repairs.
Providing customers with a fun tailored experience, bike instruction, and knowledge of the region.
Dealing efficiently with calls, emails, booking system, and rostering.
Understanding & providing customers with safety briefings.
Overseeing stock levels for parts, equipment, and bikes.
Pick up and drop off for customers around the local region.
Passion for mountain biking and the outdoors.
Mechanical know-how.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A full driver's license with P endorsement is required for this role.
First Aid certification is preferable.
