Bike Centre Supervisor

We are on the hunt for a bike enthusiast who is passionate about delivering expert service and experience to our customers.
At Gibbston Valley Wines near Queenstown where we operate a Rental Bike Centre for guests to explore this incredible region by bike.
This role is permanent full-time.

The role: Managing & maintaining a small fleet of 20 bikes (hard tails and ebikes) incl.
mechanical repairs.Providing customers with a fun tailored experience, bike instruction and knowledge on the region.Dealing efficiently with calls, emails, booking system and rostering.Understand & provide customers with safety briefings.Overseeing stock levels for parts, equipment and bikes.Pick up and drop off for customers around the local region.Full time role.Ideal candidate: Passion for mountain biking and outdoors.Mechanical know-how Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.A full drivers license with P endorsement is required for this role.First Aid certified is preferrable Does this sound like you?
