The Role: As an experienced Bid Manager/writer, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts by overseeing the entire bid submission process. Your key responsibilities include: Crafting winning tender responses with a focus on value propositions and benefits Managing the bidding process to maximise opportunities while aligning with our strategic goals and values. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate pricing strategies, risk assessment, and compliance. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely submissions and participating in negotiations. Analysing previous bid performance to refine future submissions and increase success rates About You: We are looking for someone with: Strong project management skills: Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals and liaising with clients and teams You possess strong strategic thinking skills, enabling you to identify lucrative opportunities and devise winning strategies You are confident in your negotiation skills, securing favourable terms while addressing client needs You have solid industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and relevant regulations Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc).
