We are currently seeking a Bid Manager to join our Australasian Bid Management Team on a 7-month contract. This role is responsible for managing the production of business proposals and tenders. The successful candidate will coordinate our tender responses and undertake the preparation of tender submissions, working collaboratively with our technical experts and specialists from around the business to ensure successful WTW proposals. This role is responsible for project managing, writing, editing, and reviewing; ensuring the proposal is of an exceptional standard, delivered on time and on brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the tender team through an 'end-to-end' tender process, including: Project management of tender responses including liaising with relevant stakeholders to obtain the information required and following up to ensure responses are received on time. Reviewing RFP (Request for Proposal) documents to ensure specifications and submission requirements are clearly understood. Lead tender "kick-off" meetings and follow-up meetings, as appropriate. Preparing the tender framework response documents including populating standard information and developing graphics to illustrate concepts. Working with business subject matter experts to write bespoke responses clearly articulating strategy and value. Reviewing and editing content provided by stakeholders to ensure understanding and consistency of tone. Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for tender presentations and assist the tender teams to rehearse. Curating a web-based tender and tender assets library containing current and archived tenders and assets required for submissions. Maintaining a philosophy of continuous improvement by facilitating ongoing adjustments to improve the WTW tender process and ensure our proposals are of a market-leading standard. The RequirementsYou possess previous experience in a bid management role, ideally within the professional services arena.Advanced Microsoft Office skills and an understanding of the Adobe Design package (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).Experience in using Bid Management software such as Loopio, Ombud highly regarded but not essential.You possess an exceptional eye for detail.You possess a creative flair and can interpret concepts and content into graphics.Your interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are outstanding whether you are communicating one-on-one or in a group.You are confident in interacting professionally with all levels within the business and managing stakeholder relationships.You can demonstrate your full knowledge of project management methodologies and life cycles.You can demonstrate your excellent organisational and time management skills.You can demonstrate strong research skills and can withstand operating under pressure situations.You are a driven individual, with a "can do" attitude and plenty of initiative.A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.At WTW, we believe that a culture of inclusion and diversity is critical to our business.
