We work collaboratively to achieve the common, overarching goal of turning the obstacles our clients face into sustainable infrastructure and development solutions.We are looking for a Bid Lead to join our NZ team, on a fixed term contract of 12 months. Based in Auckland, you will join a connected Bid team that works across the Asia Pacific, New Zealand and Australian region to deliver winning bids for the industry's best projects.What you will do:The role of the Bid Lead primarily involves the overall management and preparation of submission documents for expressions of interest (EOI), tenders and industry awards. This role will see you supporting the end-to-end bid process, including contributing to win strategy development with senior leaders in the business. Your ability to prepare bid writing plans and resources, and coordinate contributions from multiple internal and external stakeholders will be essential to our business. We are looking for a Bid Lead who can produce bids that align with our corporate identity and brand, while showcasing our expertise across Aotearoa and beyond. As our Bid Lead, you will also have a key role in mentoring and guiding our team of sector specific Bid Coordinators in our larger submissions.This role will also include:Editing and writing technical and non-technical contentUndertaking the required design and desktop publishing activities for bid productionDevelopment of productive working relationships with partners and sub-consultantsUnderstanding and adherence to tender/contract documentationAbout you:You will bring a range of interesting and diverse experience across submissions and proposals management. We are looking for a Bid Lead who is experienced in working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and has a strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office suite.
