About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and mentor the engineering team, driving the successful delivery of Alstef's projects.
This role demands a highly skilled professional who can manage resources, develop engineering standards, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with client expectations.
The Technical Manager will provide expertise across mechanical, electrical, and software domains in the design of Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Conduct and lead technical reviews to ensure BHS functionality meets industry and company standards.Train and mentor engineers on BHS design principles, best practices, and company-specific standards.Develop and refine internal tools and processes to enhance project delivery speed, quality, and accuracy.Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise for proposals and bids.Participate in client meetings, offering technical support to project teams.Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved and proactively addressing any challenges.Benefits: Experience a supportive work environment with the following benefits:
