You'll have a hand in setting up the learning environment, developing team values and philosophy, and promoting the centre within the community. The ideal candidate will be a qualified ECE teacher with leadership experience, a can-do attitude, and the ability to mentor and support a team. Strong curriculum and financial management skills are essential, as well as a passion for maintaining high standards of care and learning.This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Qualified Teachers (Kaiako)We're seeking passionate Kaiako to join us, working with tamariki under 5 years old. We have positions available with both under 2s and over 2s, offering the chance to work with new resources in a modern, sunny environment. As part of the start-up team, you'll help create the learning environment and contribute to shaping a centre philosophy that aligns with our team's values and the local community.
