Job TitleBenefits and Mobility Manager, APACSummary of the roleThis role serves as an individual contributor within the area of Rewards (Benefits and Mobility focus) within the P&C function. The main responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic initiatives related to the designated area of expertise, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role serves as an advisor and program manager to the region, with the main interface being Regional CoEs, Global Operations, and Global BPs, while ensuring the employee group understands the Rewards agenda in Amadeus. The main interaction is with business stakeholders at the Senior Manager level and above. The position is responsible for the design and development of mobility and benefit programs across the region in partnership with global and regional stakeholders.Your main responsibilitiesManage all aspects of the Benefits and Mobility function in APAC with support from the team.Design, negotiate, secure, communicate, implement, and manage employee benefit and recognition programs that attract and retain employees.Develop and execute a benefit roadmap for the region, research market trends, participate in benefits surveys, and conduct research to stay abreast of emerging benefit trends.Manage the annual renewal of all benefit plans in consultation with country P&C and ensure the delivery of service from insurer and vendor partners.Lead communication efforts in collaboration with country P&C to ensure that employees understand our EVP.Manage the APAC recognition program end-to-end implementation and encourage the use of recognition in support of the company EVP.Report utilization metrics to businesses and P&C, and own global programs related to benefit and mobility.Manage day-to-day activities of the Global Mobility Program, coordinate all employee transfers with Amadeus Global HR and respective Mobility Departments.Generate offer letters, relocation agreements, and salary analysis sheets, including net tax comparisons, for presentation to transferees.Conduct transferee and manager meetings to review offers at the point of transfer, leverage HRMS to manage the mobility portfolio.Coordinate the compilation of compensation and performance data of inbound and outbound transferees for the annual review process, review, audit, and reconcile monthly mobility provider billing.Manage the end of temporary assignments and returns to home countries.Prepare budget and reconcile inter-company invoicing.Assist with the definition of metrics and KPIs in conjunction with Corporate guidelines and generate quarterly reports.Continually seek out new industry strategies and practices to ensure the Global Mobility Program remains relevant to transferees.Work continuously to reduce unnecessary spend while maintaining a robust and effective relocation program.Participate in global/regional programs and support other aspects in P&C/Reward as assigned. Support the continuous improvement and education efforts and material development of an APAC reward repository for assigned topics.About the ideal candidateBachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related field, GRP, CCP preferred.7-10 years of relevant experience with demonstrated proficiency in the management of compensation and benefits (with regional experience highly preferred), administration of equity plans, and end-to-end compensation and benefit experience.1-3 years of consultancy background preferred.Intermediate business knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional areas, inclusive of matrix reporting.Application processThe application process is easy and fast.
