About The Role: As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will provide essential support to students with behavioural difficulties, ensuring they have the tools and strategies to succeed in their educational journey. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students facing behavioural challenges.Assist teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies to enhance student engagement.Help students develop coping mechanisms and social skills to improve their interactions.Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure effective support.Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere in the classroom to promote learning and growth.Requirements: Experience working with children or young people in a supportive role, particularly in educational settings.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and understanding approach.Knowledge of behavioural issues and effective strategies to manage them.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to individual student needs.To work with GSL Education as a Behaviour Support Worker, you should:
