This role is ideal for a passionate, inspirational and engaging leader.In this role you will lead a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service, grow sales and cement our reputation as New Zealand's premiere cosmetics and beauty retailer. As the Beauty Sales Manager, you will be leading, driving, and coaching your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring that Farmers provides exceptionally high levels of customer service.We are looking for a Beauty Sales Manager who can:Achieve tangible results through peopleMotivate, inspire and engage othersBuild a high performing team committed to each other and to its customerInstill a service and selling mind-set in the teamDrive best practice beauty selling techniques and practices including events, file card management and self startersWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have:Previous leadership experience in a retail sales environment (30+ staff would be ideal)Exceptional communication and relationship building skillsA passion for excellence in customer service and salesExperience with leading managing large teams for sales performanceA proven history in managing, coaching, developing and motivating teams to exceed sales budgetsStrong sales coaching competence - proven ability in coaching for sales improvementThis is a great opportunity to showcase your management skills within New Zealand's largest cosmetics retailer and be a part of one of our most iconic stores.
